On request of tertiary institutions the Youth Leaders Development course was adapted and is presented as modules on youth development: by UNISA (Department of Education), the AFM Theological College (now known as the Auckland Park Theological Seminary – in contract with the University of Johannesburg), the Berea Theological College, the Nazarene Theological College, the AFM of SA Theological Institute in Soshanguve and the Hebron Theological College.
Since the beginning of 1998, Dr Semmelink has been involved as a guest lecturer at various tertiary institutions, i.e. University of South Africa’s Department of Education (UNISA), Randse Afrikaanse University (RAU), (AFM Theological College - Department of Practical Theology), and the Nazarene Theological Colleges at Muldersdrift and Vanderbijlpark. He has recently been approached to take over the Department of Practical Theology at the AFM Theological Institute in Soshanguve, North of Pretoria, preparing students for full time ministry.

In June 2001 proposals were presented to tertiary institutions in the USA and Kenya to spearhead the introduction of our training courses to their market. These courses are available on distant learning (correspondence course).
Dr Semmelink has also in his capacity been nominated as Supervisor to students in their Masters in Theology with the specialisation on Youth at the South African Theological Seminary, in Johannesburg. One-on-One Training
