A series will be presented on RSG (100-104 FM) in August (the 10^th, 17^th, 24^th & 31^st) on the Spotlight on the Church (Kollig op die Kerk) program by Dr. Willem Semmelink.

On Sunday the 7^th of September, the series will end of with an open session (from 19h30 to 20h00) whereby people can phone in with questions for Dr. Semmelink.

The first discussion will be on "The Brain Drain at Schools". It starts at 07h10!

The second discussion on the 17^th of August 2008: "Drug Abuse"

The third installment is about "ADD-ADHD" on the 24^th of August 2008.

The final installment will cover "Teacher Education", presented on the 31^st of August 2008.

But remember to the open session the 7^th of September!

The annual THE (Theological Higher Education) conference this year (5^th September 2008) deals with the vital topic of “Ministering in troubled times: a Biblical response to current ethical issues”. A number of key ethical issues are surfacing which urgently beg theological comment. We believe now is the appropriate time to examine some of these issues.
